Amateur Chef Wins Top Prize At The Chicory Challenge

Chicory Challenge
final which was held
in the Netherlands on
22 November.

Stuffed chicory salad
Estimated preparation time: 15 minutes
Estimated cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients needed
lettuce
chicory
tomato
cucumber
chicken
cheese
Preparation and cooking instructions
1 Chop chicken into medium sized pieces.
2 Chop lettuce up, tomatoes into slices, and cucumber into slices and put on plate.
3 lay chicory in the centre of the salad.
4 Cook chicken on frying pan for about 1o minutes.
5 Lay the bits of chicken in the middle of the chicory.
6 Grate a little bit of cheese on to the top of it all.
